      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;70000 - &amp;pound;75000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client, a leader in the water sector, is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team for projects across the AMP8 Framework Agreement with United Utilities.   Key Responsibilities:    Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards to direct and subcontracted workforce.  Ensure the BMS is implemented at all stages throughout the project delivery process, from tender handover to final completion.  Maintain good client relationships at all levels to ensure project success.  Manage the design, construction, commissioning, and execution of contracts efficiently while prioritising health and safety and customer satisfaction.  Plan projects, including reviewing and approving the Project Execution Plan, and then monitor and control project delivery.  Prepare and approve detailed construction plans and method statements prior to the commencement of activities.  Ensure all commercial aspects of the project are managed proactively, providing accurate forecasts and estimates.
