Site Agent

Our client, a prominent player in the highways sector, is currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing highway projects, ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications and health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Managing and supervising site activities and subcontractorsEnsuring highway projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with relevant standardsCoordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomesMonitoring project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessaryPreparing and maintaining documentation, including project reports and safety recordsConducting regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are metFacilitating effective communication between all project participantsManaging resources and budgets to optimise project efficiencyJob Requirements:Experience in managing highway projectsStrong knowledge of highway construction techniques and standardsUnderstanding of health and safety regulations related to highway worksExcellent organisational and time-management skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyRelevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related disciplineBenefits:Competitive daily ..... full job details .....
