Our client, a leading tier 1 contractor in the water and civil engineering sector, is seeking experienced Site Agent''s to support multiple projects across Portsmouth. This long-term contract opportunity involves overseeing site activities and ensuring that water infrastructure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day site operations across water infrastructure projectsSupervising site teams and coordinating subcontractors to ensure effective project deliveryOverseeing shallow surface drainage, landscaping and concrete plinth worksMaintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental complianceMonitoring progress, materials and resources against project requirementsCompleting site documentation, inspections and reportsCommunicating effectively with project managers, engineers, clients and site personnelJob Requirements:Experience working as a Site Agent or in a similar site management role within the water or civil engineering sectorValid CSCS cardSMSTS qualificationLevel 3 First Aid qualificationManual Handling certificationConfined Space - Medium Risk certificationNRSWA qualificationAsbestos Awareness certificationStrong knowledge of site health and safety proceduresExcellent communication, organisation and leadership skillsContract Details:Long-term contract opportunity for the right personProjects based across PortsmouthMonday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pmWork within the water and civil ..... full job details .....
