      <description>Location: City | Salary: 380.00-380.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Our client, a key player in the water sector, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team on a contract basis in the Birmingham/Midlands region. This position is initially for two months to cover holiday leave, with the potential for extension based on performance. The role offers an immediate start and operates outside IR35.Key Responsibilities:Generating high-quality Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Budgets, Statements of Safe Behaviour (SOSB), Toolbox Talks (TBT), and ProgrammesBriefing project teams on necessary documentation and proceduresConducting regular safety audits in collaboration with Forkers SHEQ teams and the Severn Trent Water (STW) Health and Safety departmentPlanning, programming, and resourcing projects to ensure timely completionPreparing and monitoring contract budgets and target programmesControlling site costs and construction activities to meet specified quality standardsEnsuring compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental guidelines, and best practicesManaging site staff, sub-contractors, and operatives efficientlyLiaising with the Engineer...</description>
