This contract role is based at a live MOD facility in Devonport and involves a range of responsibilities from programming works to overseeing financial performance and resource utilisation. Key Responsibilities: Programming works, commercial performance, and the effective utilisation of resources to meet those programmes. Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures. Take full ownership and accountability for the project''s profit and loss, ensuring robust control of target costs and actual costs, including financial forecasts, forecast reviews, and final cost & value reviews with the commercial team. Ensure all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications. Note: This profile is not exhaustive. Additional tasks may be required as needed, with full training and support provided. Job Requirements: Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree).
