Key Responsibilities Support Framework Managers and Project Managers across a range of infrastructure projects. Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating and overseeing night shifts where required. Lead by example in promoting a strong health and safety culture, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations. Produce and deliver Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Work Package Plans (WPPs) and Task Briefings. Plan and manage short-term lookahead programmes, allocating labour, plant and resources effectively. Monitor project costs, forecast expenditure and support commercial performance across projects.
