Role: Site Agent Location: Lincolnshire Salary: Up to 60,000 p/a (dependent on experience) Additional: Company vehicle or car allowance Job Type: Full-time - PermanentAre you an experienced Site Agent with a background in civil engineering and flood defence projects, looking to join a well-established contractor delivering major infrastructure schemes?We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a highly respected civil engineering contractor, who is looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent for their Northern Region. The successful candidate will initially be based on coastal defence scheme work, playing a key role in the successful delivery of this important project.The ideal candidate will have experience managing civil engineering projects from site, with a strong understanding of NEC contracts, site management and health and safety requirements.Key duties:Manage site teams, operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.Produce and implement method statements, risk assessments and project management plans.Monitor contract costs and ensure works are delivered within agreed budgets.Prepare, manage and update construction programmes.Assess, appoint and coordinate subcontractors.Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues on site.Administer contracts and manage variations in line with NEC requirements.Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and local communities.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on ..... full job details .....
