Position: Site Agent - Water Location: United Utilities Region Salary Guide: 65,000 - 75,000 Plus Car/Allowance and Excellent Package Our client is a Tier 1 DandB Contractor operating predominantly in the water industry who have been awarded a programme of work to deliver non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects for United Utilities and they are recruiting for Site Agents to help deliver these projects throughout the North West. Your role will be to manage the design, construction, commissioning and putting to work of contracts to ensure they are completed in the most efficient manner to the specification, within the time required and within the tender estimate without risk to the health and safety of all concerned while ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include: Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards to direct and subcontracted work force.Ensuring that the BMS is implemented at all stages throughout the project delivery process, from tender handover to final completion.Maintain good client relationships at all levels.Ensuring that sufficient trained personnel are available for the project and that they are aware of their individual responsibilities.Planning projects, including reviewing and approving the Project Execution Plan (PEP), and then monitoring and controlling the delivery of projectsEnsuring that appropriately detailed construction plans and method statements are prepared, in place and approved prior to ..... full job details .....
