Site Agent

We''re looking for a Site Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based in North West of England. Location: North West of EnglandHours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. As a Site Agent, you''ll be working within the United Utilities team, supporting them in delivering projects to our customers. Your day to day will include: Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-conscious project completion Managing site resources and monthly costs, including labour, materials, and equipment to maximise efficiency Coordinating and delegating tasks among site teams and subcontractors, providing regular progress updates Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections and addressing issues promptly Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and health and ..... full job details .....
