Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across the project. Monitor site progress against target programmes, identifying and reporting any delays or issues. Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, site photographs and as-built drawings. Deliver daily site briefings and ensure subcontractor task briefings are completed. Monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safe systems of work. Attend client and progress meetings, providing updates on project delivery and resolving site issues where required. Prepare and maintain project programmes and formal communications with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.
