Site Agent - Highways

Due to continued success, they are actively seeking a Site Agent to join their delivery team.Your new role As Site Agent, you will take a lead role in the successful delivery of a large-scale highways project, working closely with Senior Management to ensure the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing teams and subcontractors, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of site delivery.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing direct labour and subcontractors to ensure time, cost and quality targets are achievedProviding technical support to resolve engineering challenges and site queriesManaging setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate constructionLeading a proactive approach to health and safety on siteCoordinating temporary works, inspections and testing regimesEngaging with key stakeholders and representing ..... full job details .....
