This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile highways project involving new footway construction, drainage and ducting works , working closely with the client and managing site operations from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the site team to deliver works safely, on programme and to a high standard. Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site activities. Conduct daily site briefings and ensure workforce engagement. Maintain accurate site records and project documentation. Monitor work progress, quality and productivity. Attend weekly client progress meetings. Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
