This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile civil engineering scheme with strong potential for contract extension and future progression onto further major projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of critical earthworks and drainage packages, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations on major civils worksManage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials on siteEnsure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standardsCoordinate and supervise earthworks and drainage activitiesMaintain strict adherence to health and safety procedures and company policiesReview RAMS, permits, and site documentationLiaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and site teamsMonitor site progress and produce regular reportsDrive programme performance and resolve site issues proactivelyRequirementsProven experience working as a Site Agent on major projectsStrong background in earthworks and drainagePrevious experience within civil engineering / infrastructure environmentsValid CSCS CardSMSTS certification (essential)Excellent leadership and ..... full job details .....
