Your new companyA leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major water infrastructure projects across the UK is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of a high-profile wastewater treatment scheme in the Midlands. This organisation has a strong track record across AMP frameworks and offers long-term project stability.Your new roleAs Site Agent, you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of key sections of works on a major wastewater treatment plant upgrade.You will be:Managing day-to-day site operations and construction activitiesLeading site teams including engineers, subcontractors, and supervisorsEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standardsDriving health, safety, and environmental compliance on siteLiaising with the wider project team, including commercial and planning functionsManaging subcontractor performance and ensuring contractual obligations are metSupporting reporting requirements and progress updates to senior stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have:Proven experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent on water or wastewater projectsStrong understanding of civil engineering delivery within treatment works environmentsExperience managing subcontractors and direct labour on complex schemesNEBOSH or IOSH (desirable)SMSTS and valid CSCS (black or gold preferred)Strong working knowledge of NEC contractsExcellent leadership and communication ..... full job details .....
