Operating across major capital delivery programmes, they have built a reputation for safely delivering complex infrastructure projects that enhance and maintain essential services for local communities.Working on behalf of key utility clients, the business delivers a diverse portfolio of water, wastewater and civil engineering projects, offering long-term career development opportunities within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Your new roleAs Site Agent, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Scotland. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors and coordinate project resources to ensure schemes are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.Key responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple civil engineering projects.Leading and promoting a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards.Planning and managing project programmes, resources and labour requirements.Proactively identifying, managing and mitigating project risks.Monitoring project performance, progress and costs.Raising and managing Early Warning Notices (EWNs) where required.Liaising with clients, stakeholders, local authorities and ..... full job details .....
