Site Agent - Groundworks

Job Overview
We are working with a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering projects for leading Tier 1 and regional contractors. Projects include groundworks, Section 278 works, and infrastructure for commercial developments, typically valued between £500K–£3M.

They have a healthy balance of live projects and pipelined work and are seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage projects from inception to handover, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations and project delivery
• Manage programmes, budgets, and subcontractors
• Ensure health & safety and quality compliance
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering/groundworks
• Knowledge of Section 278 and infrastructure works
• Strong leadership and communication skills
