Site Agent Salary: £70,000 + £5,400 Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + PackageLocation: Plymouth Please note: Previous water utilities experience is essential for this position. Applications from candidates without a background in clean water or wastewater infrastructure cannot be considered. An established Civil Engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join its team delivering projects through a long-term water infrastructure framework across Devon and Cornwall. The framework covers a varied portfolio of schemes valued between £50k and £2m, including pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations, screens, runways and associated civil engineering works. This position will suit a Site Agent who has worked extensively within water utilities and is comfortable overseeing several projects in a busy framework environment. The Role As Site Agent, you''ll be responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of multiple live water infrastructure schemes. You''ll ensure projects remain on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong working relationships with the client and wider delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple clean water and wastewater infrastructure schemes from mobilisation through to completion.
