Site Agent

Looking for a new career challenge? We are seeking an experienced Site Agent for an upcoming contract based in Longside, Aberdeen, running from October 26, 2026, to February 26, 2027.In this role, you will provide management, leadership, and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen. You will drive operational excellence while championing health, safety, and environmental standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety and Environment: Set targets and KPIs in line with project and business objectives, carry out periodic safety tours, assist with incident investigations, lead periodic risk reviews, and monitor the HandS management system.Engineering Control and Quality: Ensure sufficient resources and appropriate skill levels are allocated to the works section. Set quality targets, ensure site audits are undertaken, implement systems to manage construction quality, and take overall ownership of section handover documentation.Productivity and Commercial: Set targets and KPIs based on key outputs, analyse fully resourced programmes, manage subcontractor performance, chair short interval control meetings, and manage cost value and financial forecasts.Requirements and QualificationsLocation: Longside, AberdeenPeriod: 2026-10-26 to 2027-02-26Rate: 50 an hour (PAYE Only)Core Qualifications: Current driving license, CSCS Card, and SMSTS qualification.Experience: Strong background in managing multi-disciplined teams, ..... full job details .....
