We are seeking an experienced Site Agent for an upcoming contract based in Longside, Aberdeen, running from October 26, 2026, to February 26, 2027. In this role, you will provide management, leadership, and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen. You will drive operational excellence while championing health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environment: Set targets and KPIs in line with project and business objectives, carry out periodic safety tours, assist with incident investigations, lead periodic risk reviews, and monitor the H&S management system. Engineering Control & Quality: Ensure sufficient resources and appropriate skill levels are allocated to the works section. Set quality targets, ensure site audits are undertaken, implement systems to manage construction quality, and take overall ownership of section handover documentation.
