Site Agent - St AlbansLocation: St Albans, Hertfordshire Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 per annum Start Date: 28 September 2026 Contract: Permanent Closing Date: 2 October 2026Our client is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their Southern Region team, based in St Albans.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Agent with a strong background in civil engineering and site delivery to take responsibility for the successful management and delivery of works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.The RoleAs Site Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the management and delivery of works on site, coordinating site activities and working closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day site operations and activities.Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential issues or delays.Maintaining high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.Assisting with project planning, programming and resource management.Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to the wider project team.Working collaboratively with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and ..... full job details .....
