Site AgentHemel Hempstead and South East Projects 50,000 - 60,000 We are working with a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor seeking either a Sub-Agent or Agent to support the delivery of highways, infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the South East.Projects range from 2m to 5m and are delivered for Tier 1 contractors. The successful candidate will either manage a single project or oversee multiple schemes depending on project requirements.The RoleProducing and reviewing RAMSAssisting with and managing project programmesProgramme and phasing mark-upsMonitoring and driving site progressSupporting project health, safety and quality performanceCarrying out take-offs and measurements using BluebeamMaterial take-offs, call-offs and stock controlProcurement support and material reconciliationsDelivering toolbox talksReviewing lift plans and temporary worksManaging inspection and test plansMaintaining quality management recordsSite meetings and client liaisonCAT and Genny scanning and service markingUndertaking HandS inspectionsSupporting change management processesRequirements5-7 years'' civil engineering experiencePrevious experience as a Sub-Agent, Agent or Senior Engineer looking to step upStrong knowledge of infrastructure, highways or civils projectsExperience using BluebeamCSCS Card essentialSSSTS or SMSTS desirableStrong organisational and communication skillsFull UK driving licencePackage Pension schemeMileage allowance for ..... full job details .....
