Projects range from -2m to -5m and are delivered for Tier 1 contractors. The successful candidate will either manage a single project or oversee multiple schemes depending on project requirements. The Role Producing and reviewing RAMS Assisting with and managing project programmes Programme and phasing mark-ups Monitoring and driving site progress Supporting project health, safety and quality performance Carrying out take-offs and measurements using Bluebeam Material take-offs, call-offs and stock control Procurement support and material reconciliations Delivering toolbox talks Reviewing lift plans and temporary works Managing inspection and test plans Maintaining quality management records Site meetings and client liaison CAT & Genny scanning and service marking Undertaking H&S inspections Supporting change management processes Requirements 5-7 years'' civ...
