Site Agent

Pinnacle are looking for Site Agents, for a role working on a highways framework in Lincoln for Reactive maintenance works.-

Duties:

• Lead and motivate a multi-skilled team of operatives, subcontractors, and construction professionals.
• Take ownership of specific sections of civil engineering projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.
• Set performance targets and analyse outputs to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee procurement and coordination of subcontractors.
• Review and enhance Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct field audits and ensure robust control documentation is in place.

About you:

Looking for Site Agents-or-Section/Senior engineers, who have the experience to step up into a Site Agents role. You will need to have experience working on highways projects, ideally on maintenance, but happy speak to Agents with other civils highways experience.

Salary is upto -54,000k + car + package.-
