      <description>Location: Basingstoke | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;70000/annum | Type: Permanent | CSS Recruitment are looking for a Site Agent local to Basingstoke, Hampshire.  You will be required to work on projects including:   - Hampshire  - Berkshire  - Surrey     The Role   	 Must have tier 1 main contractor experience on heavy civil schemes including Highways and Structures.  	 	 Manage daily site operations, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. 	 	 	 Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, environmental requirements and quality standards. 	 	 	 Plan and monitor project programmes, resources, costs and progress. 	 	 	 Oversee construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, highways and structures. 	 	 	 Manage risk assessments, method statements, site inspections and quality documentation. 	 	 	 Liaise with clients, engineers, commercial teams and other stakeholders. 	 	 	 Identify and resolve technical issues, delays and site constraints. 	 	 	 Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress reports.
