This is a permanent role with a Tier 1 contractor, offering real responsibility on a landmark scheme. Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for safe delivery of an allocated section or package of works on programme and to budgetLead a site team including Section Foremen, Site Engineers and subcontractorsPrepare and update short-term programmes and look-ahead schedulesAttend and chair progress meetings, reporting to the Construction Manager and Project ManagerManage commercial activity within your section, raising early warnings and supporting compensation eventsCoordinate plant, labour and materials resources effectivelyDrive a proactive safety and quality culture within your teamWhat You Will NeedProven experience as a Site Agent or Project Manager on civil engineering or infrastructure projectsSMSTS qualifiedBlack CSCS cardStrong programme management and leadership skillsCommercial awareness with NEC contract experience preferredExperience on water, energy or hydro infrastructure is advantageousThe Package Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 per annum Car Allowance: 5,750 Full-time permanent position (45 hours per ..... full job details .....
