Site Agent / Sub Agent Location: West Midlands / Midlands Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits Contract: PermanentI''m currently recruiting for a Site Agent to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering technically challenging civil engineering projects across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Agent or Sub Agent with a strong civil engineering background to join an established business working across complex infrastructure and safety-critical environments. The position would suit an experienced Sub Agent looking to take the next step in their career, as well as an established Site Agent seeking a new challenge.The Role As Site Agent, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and successful delivery of site operations, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project resources to ensure works are completed to the required programme, budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations across civil engineering projects. Support the delivery of works in line with programme, budget and project specifications. Supervise site teams, subcontractors and engineering personnel. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirements, RAMS and environmental standards.
