Rate: £450 - £500 p/d Inside IR35 (Umbrella PAYE) Location: Aberdeen Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 45 hours per week Length of Contract: This is a long-term project expected to continue into the early 2030s.Are you an experienced Site Agent with a background in civil engineering, enabling works or major infrastructure projects looking for your next long-term contract opportunity within the Energy sector? We are looking for a Site Agent to support the delivery of a new substation project in Aberdeen.You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the civils works on site, initially focusing on the early enabling phase including demolition, site clearance, site and ground investigations and service diversions. The role will involve working closely with utility companies and managing subcontractors across demolition, piling, foundations and FRC works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, correctly and in accordance with the programme and project requirements. As the project progresses, works will move into the construction of a new steel portal frame building, transformer bases and associated civils including foundations, drainage and ducting.
