Site Agent

We’re working with a Tier 1 contractor delivering a major civils scheme near Seven Sisters, on the Sussex / Kent border, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Site Agent with a strong piling and heavy civils background.

The Role:

• Day-to-day management of site operations on a piling-led civils package
• Oversight of piling works (CFA, rotary, secant/contiguous) and associated civils
• Managing sub-contractors, RAMS, permits and site safety
• Working closely with Engineers, Sub Agents and Project Management
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety standards

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site / Project Agent on heavy civils projects
• Strong piling experience essential
• Background with Tier 1 contractors
• Solid understanding of temporary works, concrete, earthworks & drainage
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
