The project would suit a candidate with Structures, Highways or a Utilities background Key Responsibilities Site Management Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Manor Road project. Deliver the work to the required quality without defects. Lead a team of Sub Agents and Engineers to deliver the work safely without environmental incidents. Ensure production and implementation of the required project plans, RAMS, ITP and check mechanisms. Manage the preconstruction review process and ensure that all stakeholder consents and permits are in place prior to commencement. Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised and that variations are notified and suitably quantified. Maintain the project construction programme, provide progress updates and produce short-term lookahead for day-to-day management of the site and resources. Assist in the production of procurement specialist subcontractor/consultant scopes and schedules and liaise with the procurement department to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks.
