This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-profile infrastructure programme within a complex, live airport environment. Role Overview: As Site Agent, you will lead the safe and successful delivery of highway and roadworks upgrades in and around Heathrow Airport. This includes planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of key civil engineering works within tight operational constraints. Key Responsibilities: Manage the planning and implementation of civil engineering works, with a focus on road upgrades and associated infrastructure. Provide client exposure and ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders, including Heathrow operations teams. Lead change management, addressing on-site variations and maintaining control of programme and costs. Conduct and oversee pre-construction activities, including site surveys, method development, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Participate in tender processes with subcontractors and lead on cost control and commercial reporting.
