      <description>Location: Brampton | Salary: 400.00-400.00 Annual | Type: Temporary | We''re looking for an experienced Site Agent to take ownership of a circa £2m Water Treatment infrastructure scheme in Cumbria. With approximately 12 months of delivery, this is an opportunity to take control of a project from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover. The Role You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the scheme, including:   Overall management of site operations   Managing the Engineer, Supervisor, direct labour and specialist subcontractors   Driving the construction programme and short-term look-aheads   Coordinating civils, mechanical and associated works   Managing labour, plant, materials and procurement requirements   Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation   Driving QA, ITPs and progressive handover   Monitoring productivity, cost and programme performance   Maintaining accurate contemporary project records   Identifying and recording change   Working closely with Commercial and Planning teams   Managing client, designer and stakeholder interfaces   Coordinating commissioning and project close-out   You''ll Need   Proven Site Agent / Site Manager experience   Strong civil engineering background   Water / wastewater tre...</description>
