Site Agent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Agent based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time temporary basis. 

 
Summary of the Site Agent role 

Salary: £15 per hour 
Location: Bedford 
Type of Contract: Temp  
Hours: Full time 

Responsibilities of the Site Agent

•  Maintain security of premises
•  Operate alarm systems where appropriate and undertake any testing
•  Respond to alarm call outs
• Assist with minor/simple repairs
• Undertake emergency cleaning duties
• Undertake activities to maintain a safe and clean external environment
• Supervision of the cleaning team
• Basic record keeping and complete health and safety records
• Maintain and arrange storage of supplies
• Assist with organisation and movement of furniture
• Supervise contractors whilst on site

Requirements for a successful Site Agent

•  Basic DBS or enhanced DBS preferred
