You will be responsible for managing and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong heavy civils background and proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site teams, including Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen. Oversee the delivery of heavy civil engineering works, ensuring progress aligns with programme and project targets.
