My client a well-established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, service, and reliability, with decades of experience and continued growth, are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator / Site Administrator (Manufacturing), on a temporary to permanent basis.Salary: £35,000Hours: 45 hours per week (08:00 - 17:30)Location: St. HelensRole ProfileThe Operations Coordinator / Site Administrator will support day to day operations across admin, stock control, compliance, and workforce coordination. From managing timesheets, agency hours and holiday tracking, to raising purchase orders, booking in stock, and supporting audits. You will also play a key part in onboarding new starters, maintaining accurate records, and supporting warehouse and production teams on the ground.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration and CoordinationAccurate data entry across internal systemsManaging and maintaining timesheets for site staffOverseeing the holiday calendar and tracking absencesLiaising with agency suppliers, including tracking hours and timesheets.General day-to-day administrative support to the site teamStock and PurchasingRaising and processing purchase ordersSupporting purchasing activities and supplier coordinationManaging inventory inbound bookingsAssisting with and conducting inventory checks / stock controlHealth, Safety and ComplianceSupporting and participating in HandS and quality auditsEnsuring documentation and processes are kept up to date.Assisting with ..... full job details .....
