You will support four managers in a newly established operation, coordinating administrative tasks and reporting to maintain smooth site standards. Contract: Temp to Perm (permanent after 12 weeks)
Pay: £15.87 per hour (approx. £33,000 per annum)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The Role

We’re recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a brand-new logistics site in Gravelly Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established operation, helping to shape processes, systems, and site standards from day one.
Supporting four key managers, you’ll play a central role in keeping the operation running smoothly, providing essential administrative, reporting, and coordination support across the site.
This is a fast-paced, varied role with real responsibility and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to four senior managers and the wider operations team
  • Coordinate uniforms, visitors, and site office activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Support onboarding, inductions, and employee records
People & Culture
  • Act as a point of contact for internal queries
  • Support engagement initiatives and performance processes
  • Help build a positive, collaborative site culture
  • Liaise with training teams to support development and compliance
Reporting & Analysis
  • Produce and analyse workforce and KPI reports
  • Monitor staffing levels, agency usage, and site costs
  • Support budget tracking and highlight any variances
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Compliance & Standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Support audits and investigate discrepancies
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and organised working environment
  • Assist in implementing processes across the new site

About You
  • Previous admin experience, ideally within logistics or a warehouse environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse-based environment
  • Flexible approach to working hours when required
  • Willingness to occasionally support out-of-hours or site activities
