About the Role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administration Support to join our Manufacturing Leadership Team on a 6-month temporary basis. This varied role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, contributing to Health and Safety compliance, team efficiency, and delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Leadership Team.Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Support Health and Safety processes, including meeting scheduling, tracking actions, and maintaining compliance records.Prepare, update, and present KPI data using Excel and PowerPoint.Produce and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as required.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Assist with general office administration, ensuring a smooth flow of information across the site.Adapt to varied day-to-day challenges in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Skills and Experience Required

Strong organisational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data handling, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.Previous administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing or Health and Safety environment, is desirable.A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.What We Offer
