A Site Administrator acts as the "office manager" for a construction or project site. Their goal is to ensure the physical office and site team run efficiently. Key responsibilities:  · Ordering office supplies. · Organising site visits and managing meeting rooms. · Managing site inductions for new workers · Maintaining Health and safety (H&S) compliance records. · Processing timesheets (Aurora). · Supporting logistic team. · Acting as the main point of contact for external visitors, subcontractors, and consultants. · Recording GRN’s (Coins app).
