Site Administrator

Temporary Administrator. Haslingden. Ongoing. Start ASAP. 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. -13 per hour.

We are currently working with a client who are looking for a temporary administrator to join their team to support with a large groundworks project in Haslingden. The role will be based on the construction site:

Duties will include;

• Booking in deliveries to site
• Uploading inductions and training records to the system
• Uploading drawings and RAMS onto the system for Project Managers, Work Managers and Engineers
• Supporting one other client remotely with similar duties
• Any additional office support the team need

To be successful, you must have good planning and organisational skills, the ability to multitask and be forward thinking. Computer literate with a great eye for detail and confident using Microsoft Excel.
