Main Duties and Responsibilities Log all Deliveries into and out of the Site, scan in delivery tickets and log deliveries in PuMA Management of Site Access Gate controls for longer term site office / operatives Maintain Site Receiving Report in co-ordination with Procurement / Expediting Team Maintain Site Filing System scan all hard copy documentation appropriately - RAMS, Lift Plans, site safety audit and induction records, uploading to BiM360 and server as required Compiling register and copies of completed ITF/ITP Paperwork and Site Safety Packs Assist the co-ordination of Material Deliveries and Sub-Contractor onboarding Monitor submission to dates to site by Sub-Contractors and report compliance Print and organise hard copies of information as required Drawings, POWRA, ITP/Check sheets, Programme Maintaining various company registers regarding logging travel, requisitions, company driver details etc. Site document update tracking (e.g. Monthly update to CPP reminders) Maintenance of site safety boards Record keeping of toolbox talk...
