Construction Administrator - 9 months

PSR are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join one of their key clients. This role is essential to supporting our production and commercial team and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to construction project teams

  • Manage documentation, contracts, and project files

  • Assist with scheduling and reporting

  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a construction or project administration role

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and document control software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
