The successful candidate will provide robust analytical and operational support, enhancing client service capabilities, regulatory compliance, and process efficiencies. You will collaborate closely with financial advisers, end consumers, and internal teams, including Product, Technology, and Pensions. Key Responsibilities Transfer Processing and Client Operations Process full and partial transfers in and out across ISA, GIA, SIPP, and other product wrappers with accuracy and within agreed SLAs. Manage incoming valuations, asset acceptance, eligibility checks, and transfer instructions across Altus, Origo, CREST, and internal systems. Monitor, track, and chase transfer progress, liaising with ceding parties, custodians, fund managers, and advisers.
