What You''ll DoTechnical LeadershipServe as technical lead for SIPP and ISA wrappers, setting and keeping up to date the technical requirements that support Vanguard''s proposition and platform.Work with proposition teams and cross functional streams to align customer experience, regulatory needs and technical delivery, making sure impacts are clear and manageable.Keep track of industry, market and regulatory changes and assess their technical and service impact on wrappers and propositions.Create and maintain core regulatory control frameworks for product wrappers to ensure continued compliance and operability.Regulatory OversightKeep SIPP and ISA wrappers compliant, translating regulatory changes into clear impacts, risks and practical options for senior stakeholders.Lead external regulatory engagement, representing Vanguard at industry forums and feeding into consultation ..... full job details .....
