SIP Coordinator

BellBridge Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced SIP Coordinator to support our client, Tioxide Materials Ltd, at its Greatham Site in Hartlepool. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and safety-focused professional with extensive scaffolding and contractor management experience to join a major industrial site on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and controlling Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting (SIP) activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational priorities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all SIP activities across the site, ensuring work is planned and executed in line with business requirements. Liaise with site departments and stakeholders to identify work requirements and establish priorities. Communicate agreed priorities to SIP contractors and monitor performance against delivery targets. Ensure adequate contractor resources are available to maintain continuity of service and support maintenance and project schedules. Coordinate site visits with contractor supervisors to define work scopes, measurement requirements and job expectations prior to issuing instructions. Review resource requirements, estimated man-hours and associated costs before work commences.
