Site Maintenance Supervisor / Single Man Site Engineer London £49,000 This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile contracts Mayfair, London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles. Considering either an Electrical or Mechanical biased engineer, the role will be managing a commercial site as a single man site engineer, working day''s, 8-5, Monday to Friday. Day to day you will be covering planned and reactive maintenance to all the electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.
