This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced simulation technologies in a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to cutting-edge engineering solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimise simulation environments, ensuring systems and control equipment remain operational and fit for purposeSupport the upkeep of multi-axis hydraulic motion simulators and antenna positioning systemsCarry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault resolutionPerform hands-on engineering tasks in a practical, workshop-based environmentInterpret complex systems, applying engineering judgement to troubleshoot and improve performanceWork flexibly across a range of technical challenges, developing broad, transferable skillsContribute ideas and improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of hydraulic systemsAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawingsExperience with CAD tools (CREO desirable)Practical workshop experience using hand and powered toolsStrong coordination and manual dexterity for hands-on technical ..... full job details .....
