Simmons Adaptive – Interim Transactional Banking Lawyer role at Simmons and Simmons. This is a full-time interim role for 6-12 months, with three days in the London office. The consultant will cover a full diet of transactional banking work within the Banking practice group.Responsibilities

The consultant will cover a full diet of transactional banking work from acquisition finance to corporate lending.Person specification / Qualifications

A qualified lawyer with transactional banking experience from a leading private practice.A problem solver with a collaborative approach.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines; excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise workloads.Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.You will be required to have the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).Why you should join Simmons Adaptive
