      <description>Location: Oldham | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;45000/annum | Type: Permanent | Signage Production Manager Oldham Salary open depending on experience Monday to Friday  We’re working with a well established signage company in Oldham who are looking to bring in an experienced Production Manager to oversee their busy production department.  This role would suit someone who has a strong background in signage, fabrication, build or bespoke display work, rather than someone who is purely print focused. The production mix is heavily weighted towards fabrication, with some print involved, so a good understanding of materials, build methods and production workflow would be key.  The role:   Overseeing day to day production across a busy signage and fabrication environment  Managing a production team of around 12 people  Planning workflow, priorities and deadlines across multiple live projects  Working closely with project managers, designers and installers to ensure jobs are delivered correctly  Ensuring quality standards are maintained across fabrication, build, finishing and print output  Supporting improvements across processes, efficiency and communication  Making sure materials, labour and production schedules are planned effectively   What they’re looking for:   ...</description>
