Experienced Sign MakerLocation: DerbySalary: 30,000 per annumHours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm / Friday 7:00am-3:30pmJob Type: Full-time, PermanentThe OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of an established and well-respected signage business in Derby with over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture and installation of quality signage.Due to continued demand, they are looking to add an Experienced Sign Maker to their busy and friendly workshop team.This is a hands-on workshop-based position suited to an experienced Sign Maker who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a team.There may also be occasions where you will have the opportunity to go out on installation projects as a helping hand, so some installation experience would be advantageous.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing and assembling a wide range of bespoke signageVinyl application and finishingBuilding up tray signsWorking with a variety of materials and substratesWorking with LEDs and illuminated signageUsing power tools and workshop equipmentOperating workshop machinery, including acrylic laser machinery and vertical panel sawFollowing manufacturing specifications and maintaining a high standard of finishEnsuring all work is completed accurately and to the required qualitySupporting installation teams on occasion when requiredWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the workshop and installation teamsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have a ..... full job details .....
