Sign Maker

We are currently working with a growing and well regarded signage and display company based near Macclesfield, who are looking to add a new member to their production team.

The business delivers a wide range of signage and display solutions for retail and commercial environments, and they are now looking to bring someone in who can support across their production department.

This is a hands on sign making role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a practical environment. The client is open on experience level and is more focused on finding the right person with a good attitude who can contribute to the team.

An all rounder would be ideal, but the key areas they need support with are finishing and assembly.

Key responsibilities

• Laminating and finishing printed graphics
• Cutting and trimming materials accurately
• Mounting graphics to various substrates
• Basic assembly of signage and display products
• Supporting the wider production team with day to day tasks
• Maintaining quality standards throughout production

Requirements

• Previous experience within signage, large format or a similar production environment
• Experience with laminating, cutting and mounting
• Hands on and practical approach to work
• Good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary in the region of £25k – £35k depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
