SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton, and we''re actively seeking a talented TA to support deaf children or children with hearing impairments.

About the role:

• Sign Language Support position based at a primary school in Sutton
• Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
• Ongoing positions starting in September and throughout the school year
• Supporting deaf and hard-of-hearing pupils, communicating and interpreting
• Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
• Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

What you''ll need:

• Ideally qualified in some form of sign language (BSL or Makaton)
• Experience supporting deaf or hard-of-hearing pupils, ideally in a primary setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the needs of individual pupils
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
